Job Description:


The Assistant Manager/Manager (Channel Sales) at VBHC will be responsible for developing and implementing channel sales strategies to meet the company’s sales targets. The role requires managing relationships with channel partners, driving sales growth, and ensuring the effective execution of sales plans. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in channel sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Channel Partner Management:
    • Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential channel partners.
    • Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews with channel partners.
  2. Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement effective channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
    • Ensure channel partners are aligned with the company’s sales objectives and policies.
  3. Sales Performance Management:
    • Set sales targets for channel partners and monitor their performance.
    • Provide training, support, and motivation to channel partners to achieve sales goals.
    • Analyze sales data and prepare reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Marketing and Promotion:
    • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for channel partners.
    • Organize and participate in events, trade shows, and other promotional activities to enhance channel sales.
  5. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Work with channel partners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Address and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
    • Gather customer feedback to improve products, services, and sales processes.
  6. Administrative and Compliance:
    • EEnsure all sales activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Maintain accurate records of channel partner agreements, sales transactions, and performance metrics.
    • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on channel sales performance.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Education: MBA from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
  • Leadership: strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer Focus: Ability to understand and meet customer needs.
  • Negotiation: Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
